Includes:

✅ YouTube Hosting – Release the lyric video on the official Sky and Shadows Records YouTube channel.

✅ 50/50 Net Revenue Split – After direct costs (e.g., ad spend, merch production) are recouped, all income from YouTube ads and merch profits is split equally between label and the artist.

✅ Non-Exclusive – Artist remains free to release music with other labels or self-release.
